We now also courier items by FastWay Couriers to enable us to keep costs down for larger orders up to 25kg. Choose 'Express' option at checkout

UK Shipping
Regular shipping is by Royal Mail First Class Packet within the UK. Petals are normally despatched 14 days before the event date given (or sooner if needed at short notice) or unless the customer has specified a later/earlier delivery date.

To give an idea of cost, one, two or three regular boxes [2 litre] will cost £4 for UK delivery. Four boxes £5 and five boxes or more £6. Six litre boxes of confetti mix will have a charge of £4.

Express Despatch
An express delivery option is available to UK customers only. In this case shipping is charged at a higher rate (calculated at checkout), the order will then be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service or Fastway Courier. It is our intention that orders using this service will be delivered within two working days of being placed- allowing for weekends and Bank Holidays. To use this service please select the 'Express' shipping option from the drop down menu in your shopping cart when you enter the checkout. We prioritise Express orders and this is a good option for high value advanced orders. Express delivery has an enhanced 'track and trace'  facility. Need petals in a hurry ? If they are in stock they can go Express!

International Delivery - premium signed for service for your peace of mind
Calulated at checkout for each order. Larger quantities for overseas delivery will naturally carry increased shipping cost [based upon weight] which will be shown in your shopping cart before you commit to buy. Shipping is by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet service for all international orders. Please note,due to Air Mail parcel size restrictions your petal order may arrive in more than one package.
